Teine pancakes with tuna

The originator of the idea: a young high school student. Artist: Tashi in person. Consumer: all a little. Conclusion: be sure to repeat.

Preparation steps

  • Pancakes
  • Bake 8 thick pancakes. (I made it from Graham flour and it goes great with tuna, but it’s an option).
  • Stuffing
  • Drain the tuna pieces and mix with the garlic and spices.
  • Chop the champignons and fry them.
  • Add pieces of tomato to them (ideally it would be fresh tomatoes, but it is also good from tetrapacks)
  • Simmer briefly and cool slightly, then add the tuna.
  • Add chopped olives and diced cheese.
  • Fill the pancakes and arrange them in sarmis and then in a fireproof bowl.
  • Pour over the coating (stir in the cream, egg and Vegeta).
  • Sprinkle with cheese leaves and garnish with olives.
  • Bake at 200 oC until the cheese melts.

Serving

With tartar sauce-milk.
