Tea smells of Christmas!
I adore and drink teas very often, from green to homemade rosehip tea, here is a fragrant very healthy tea for winter and the upcoming holidays
Preparation steps
- Prepare all the hard spices and grind them coarsely in a mortar (do not faint from the smell), and roughly chop the fruit
- In a large bowl, place the rooibos, homemade pomegranate, chopped fruit and spices and mix well and store in a jar or container that seals well.
- Put one teaspoon in a tea bag, boil water and pour and hold the bag for 2-4 minutes no longer so that the tea is not too strong or too intense and
- enjoy the smell!
Serving
From candied fruit you can put whatever you want I didn't have candied ginger so I put orange, and hold it for up to 4 minutes because it's too intense, you can replace Rooibos with someone of your choice. Otherwise rooibos is very good for breastfeeding mothers because it has a calming effect, it helped me when I was breastfeeding so the little one had no cramps and was calmer. Tea filters are available at dm or muller
