Preparation steps
- Knead the egg dough, softened margarine, sugar, semolina, vanilla sugar just a little baking powder. The mixture will be a little soft so add the flour gradually to get a medium hard dough.
- Bring to a boil sugar, water, vanilla sugar and lemon cut into circles. Cook for 15 minutes after boiling.
- Tear off the dough pieces and make walnut-sized trays and arrange them in a greased pan. Press half a walnut on each tray and bake at 200 degrees until golden brown.
- When they are baked, take them out of the oven and leave them to cool, then pour over the hot sherbet and let the sherbet soak up.
