Tatiana's cake
made from ingredients my sister loves… the picture is a couple of years old. It sounds complicated and "a lot of work", but it's not. The recipe is epic, but without effort there are no results. If you are in a hurry, you can also take shopping rolls.
Preparation steps
- eggs frothy whisk. Add 250 gr. sugar, 2 vanilla sugar, 200 gr. flour, 100 gr. density and baking powder, 2 tablespoons water and two tablespoons oil. Pour into two paper-lined baking trays and bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes. When the crusts are baked, wrap them… leave for 10 minutes and then spread with apricot jam. Cut to 1 cm thick. Put a cake ring (36 cm in diameter) and line the walls with rolls and put it on the bottom. Leave a couple of rolls on the side (approximately 5).
- Cherry filling: boil cherry juice with cherries, 6 tablespoons of sugar. Stir the pudding powder into a little cherry juice. When it boils, add and cook for another minute. Pour this mixture over the rolls and cover with another layer of rolls.
- White mixture: steam 3 egg yolks, 150 gr. sugar, 100 gr. white chocolate and 200 ml of milk. Add softened gelatin (according to instructions). Leave to cool. When it starts to gel, add sour cream, whipped sweet sour cream with hardener (400 g) and 100 g. chopped white chocolate and oranges. Pour over another layer of rolls. Flatten and refrigerate for 4 hours.
- Garnish with the remaining whipped sweet cream and ground walnuts.
