Preparation steps
- Cut the meat into cubes and ten minutes. fry it.
- Take out the meat and put garlic and onion cut into slices in the same oil so that it also fry a little.
- Put the meat over the onions and continue frying together.
- Finally, put the peeled and diced tomato, pour wine, water, parsley, spices and leave it to simmer until the meat softens.
Serving
The juice that is created is wonderful… as a side dish you can do anything, I served it with cooked homemade noodles… Enjoy a glass of good red wine :))
