Tarhana soup
Yesterday I came up with this corba because I haven't eaten it for a long time .. and I immediately remembered my friend who always when we go to the mountains for the New Year says buy tarhana is good for a hangover ... and really a very nice corba which strengthens .. A Bosnian soup that draws its roots from Turkish cuisine .. It is sour .. In Bosnia, tarhana (pasta for soups) is also made plain and sour .. Tomato juice is added to sour ... I don't make it and I've never made that sour one .. Usually my mom used to make plain tarana..I made this corba now with purchased tarhana.
Preparation steps
- If you are putting fresh tomatoes grate them to get the juice. Fry the flour in melted butter. Add tomato juice to the flour mixture and add everything to the soup. I put the cube. I didn't have any homemade soups. Put it to boil. Add tarragon and cook for another 20-30 minutes on very low heat. Serve sprinkled with pepper and allspice.
