Tapioca and lavender pudding with roasted peaches
A week or two ago, I saw on a blog a photo of tapioca and lavender pudding with peach puree. I put the blog and the photo in the favorites (without reading the recipe), but when I finally managed to find the tapioca, I couldn't find the photo and the recipe on that blog anymore. Don't be lazy, I started making my own pudding. The result is a fine creamy light beautiful pudding… Do I have to tell you that I fell in love with tapioca? :-))))
Preparation steps
- Soak tapioca in milk and let stand for 1 hour.
- When it stands, cook it in milk and cream over low heat.
- Cut the vanilla pod lengthwise and scrape the seeds with a knife, then add them together with the pod to the milk with cream.
- Add sugar and lavender flowers (leave a few lavender flowers for decoration).
- When it boils, cook for about 15 to 20 minutes, or until the beads become transparent.
- Remove from the heat and remove the vanilla pod.
- Mix the pudding in the cash register with a stick mixer (you can skip this part if you like lumpy puddings)
- Pour into cups, glasses, bowls…
- Fry sliced peeled peaches in a pan and arrange on pudding, then sprinkle with a few lavender flowers.
- Help yourself
