Taping the eggs with duct tape
I found out about this tonight :)
Preparation steps
- Boil the eggs first and cool well.
- Wrap the cooled eggs with duct tape. You can wrap them with methodically carefully gluing duct tape, as on a darker egg, or you can let the duct tape twist and wrap like on a lighter egg.
- Carefully lower the glued eggs into the boiled onion or hot egg paint. Remove the shell or paint from the fire before lowering the eggs, leave them in the color until they "catch" the color in the strength you want.
- Remove the eggs, remove the duct tape and, dried and cooled, polish with a cloth soaked in oil or bacon, as you prefer.
Serving
I honestly liked this "methodical" template more and I will definitely apply it next year when painting eggs :)
