Tanya pie with meat
He asks who asks, and even with the meat ... what sets this pie apart is the topping, which is simple, and makes the pie special :-)))) Delicious, juicy and simple. I ate it with my dear friend Tanja, who always tries to please me with food and surprises me with simplicity and taste every time ... The sooner the better, I prepared it too ;-)
Preparation steps
- Saute the leeks, add the meat and simmer for another 20 minutes, until the water evaporates. before the end add plenty of pepper.
- Take one peel, coat it with oil (I use grape seed oil), then fold it over the other to which we spread the meat filling, wrap it in a roll and arrange the oiled refractory dish.
- Repeat the process as long as you have the material. When everything is arranged, coat the pie with oil. Take care of the amount of oil, because the pie should not be greasy.
- Preheat the oven to 200 c and bake the pie for about 20 minutes
- While the pie is baking, prepare the topping. Add chopped garlic to the yogurt and let it stand while the pie is baking.
- When the pie is ready, pour the yogurt and garlic topping over the hot one. Cover it with aluminum foil and leave it for 10 minutes for the pie to absorb the topping.
Serving
Serve the pie with sour milk and roasted hot peppers :-)))) Milk ....
