Preparation steps
- In a deep bowl, combine all the dry ingredients, add oil and tahini paste, then make the dough by hand. If necessary, add more flour.
- Line a baking tray with baking paper, turn on the oven to heat to 180 C. Make balls (walnut-sized) from the mass. Arrange the balls on a baking sheet, bake them in a preheated oven for 20-25 minutes. take the cakes out of the oven and leave them to cool, so they will harden and will be easy to take out
- Sprinkle them with powdered sugar and serve. From this mass you get 35 pieces of cake.
