A real wealth of protein ... Although the lens has a characteristic taste, with just one addition you get a tradition in a completely modern outfit :)
Preparation steps
- Soak the lentils and leave it overnight. Rinse, pour homemade tomatoes just above the lentils and put to cook. Add the bay leaf, parsley root and carrot.
- After about 10 minutes, add the algae that you previously soaked in water for 10 minutes. Add salt, pepper with cayenne pepper, add finely chopped garlic and at the very end, instead of oil, mix in the tahini paste.
- Remove from the heat, then add finely chopped parsley and nettle.
Serving
As a stand-alone dish, with a piece of rice or breadcrumbs, and they go perfectly with a beet salad.
