Syringe cookies with chocolate
With crispy almond and spice dough and white and milk chocolate glaze.
Preparation steps
- Whisk the butter with the sugar and vanilla sugar until foamy. Stir in the egg.
- Mix the flour with the density, add to the mass and mix in the milk, almonds, spice and aroma.
- Fill a syringe with a star hole with the mass and spray on a tray with paper rods and circles.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 190 * C, about 12 minutes.
- After baking, dip the cooled biscuits in half in melted chocolates, sprinkle with pistachios or pretzels and decorate as desired.
