Sweet polenta in milk

This is how classic semolina is made, but we tried polenta and it was great!

Preparation steps

  • Mix milk and water and bring to a boil (maybe less milk and more water). When it boils, reduce the heat and, with constant stirring, slowly add - pour in the polenta (the amount of 3 dl is actually 1.5 cups). Cook until thickened - be quick. When done add the sugar and stir well. Pour into bowls or a shallow plate and spread with a spoon on the plate to cool faster. We ate warm.
