Preparation steps
- Make frothy eggs and sugar..add yogurt, oil and semolina and leave to stand for 1 hour (to make the semolina swell) ..
- Divide the rinds by 3, and then spread the first rind more abundantly with the mixture, the second a little less and the third we do not spread but we put the drained cherries from the compote..repeat the procedure with the other rinds ..
- Roll into loaves, you can roll the ends inwards before rolling so that the mixture does not leak when transferring to the pan and when baking..I coated the loaves with the rest of the mixture and it gave softness very nicely, and you can coat with a little melted butter if you want crunchy crust :) I made the rules in a large pan, you can turn out taller in a smaller one, it was just right for me;)
- Bake at 180 ° for about 45 minutes ...
