Something for all fans of Japanese sushi ... we just adore it;)

Preparation steps

  • More ideas for everyday culinary magic can be found at: https://www.facebook.com/lovelyfood.eu?ref=aymt_homepage_panel this is my new page and I will be very happy if we hang out there
  • Cut peppers, salmon, avocados, cucumbers (seedless of course) and carrots into longer strips. Blanch the carrots and peppers a little, 2 minutes in hot water (so that they do not lose color and blackness). Let's prepare rice according to the instructions written on the bag (I had rice from Lidl, sushi rice - in addition to water I added a little plain apple cider vinegar, because I didn't have rice, and a little sugar, so I cooked rice in it). Sugar and vinegar are made like some kind of glue, which holds the rice together, so that it doesn't fall apart, and you don't have to be afraid for the vinegar to feel, because it doesn't at all. Let's prepare a bamboo base, which will help us a lot when we bend the rolls. In FUTOMAKI (there is algae on the outside) we put algae on the base and spread rice on it, then we place vegetables and fish on it and bend it as tightly as possible. Wet the ends with water before bending, so that the rolls do not fall apart. URAMAKI sushi (outside has rice and black / white sesame) is made by placing a transparent foil on the base, sprinkle with sesame seeds and over it put rice (make a shape a little smaller cubic than algae). Again, slightly moisten the ends of the algae and place over the rice. Once we have done this, we arrange the vegetables and fish on the seaweed and carefully wrap it with a bamboo mat.
  • I hope that I explained as well as possible, there are many tutorials on youtube, so if you are doing it for the first time, it is best to look at the procedure there. This recipe is more like an idea for an original lunch, party or a simple surprise for your loved ones :) Pleasant!良 い 食欲
