Surimi salad
Simple, delicious and irresistible! ;)
Preparation steps
- Dissolve surimi sticks in warm water or let them dissolve at room temperature (this option with hot water is much faster)
- Boil the carrots to soften them, and cut the pickles into strips. When the carrot softens, also cut it into strips
- Transfer the corn from the can to a sieve and rinse a little under running water
- When the surimi sticks melt, cut them into quarters
- mix everything well, salt and pepper to taste, and mix in mayonnaise and cream
Serving
Cool it well in the fridge and pour it in!
