Summer Hungarian
I was inspired by this ice cream http://www.loveicecream.com/at_de/products/magnum/magnum_classics/32/default.aspx and Bojana with her beautiful cakes! so I decided to make this summer edition Hungarian!
Preparation steps
- flour, pastry, sugar and butter make well by hand then add egg, sour cream, rum and vanilla aroma, mix well
- Divide the dough into 5 equal balls
- preheat the oven to 180 °
- on baking paper develop each ball to 20x30cm
- Bake the crust for about 7-10 minutes on an overturned baking sheet, (light baked)
- Fil1: mix strawberries and heat, mix yogurt with pudding powder and pour in strawberry puree, add white chocolate and cook until it thickens well
- Fil2: make pudding from milk and pudding powder, add white chocolate and white lino lada
- bark - white fil - bark - red fil ... idt
- leave the Hungarian to stand overnight, pour white glaze over it the next day
- I cut my Hungarian to 2x5 cm :)
