Summer Hungarian

I was inspired by this ice cream http://www.loveicecream.com/at_de/products/magnum/magnum_classics/32/default.aspx and Bojana with her beautiful cakes! so I decided to make this summer edition Hungarian!

Preparation steps

  • flour, pastry, sugar and butter make well by hand then add egg, sour cream, rum and vanilla aroma, mix well
  • Divide the dough into 5 equal balls
  • preheat the oven to 180 °
  • on baking paper develop each ball to 20x30cm
  • Bake the crust for about 7-10 minutes on an overturned baking sheet, (light baked)
  • Fil1: mix strawberries and heat, mix yogurt with pudding powder and pour in strawberry puree, add white chocolate and cook until it thickens well
  • Fil2: make pudding from milk and pudding powder, add white chocolate and white lino lada
  • bark - white fil - bark - red fil ... idt
  • leave the Hungarian to stand overnight, pour white glaze over it the next day
  • I cut my Hungarian to 2x5 cm :)

Serving

the bark is a mix of -Violet-Love- and ttonke
