Summer fruit crumble with cous cous
I haven’t tried a crumble yet that I didn’t like, but this one particularly thrilled me because it’s different from the usual recipes. Summer is ahead of you, give it a try and tell me what you think.
Preparation steps
- Put the cous cous in a bowl. Heat the apple juice to boiling and pour over the cous cous, cover the bowl with cling film and let it stand for 5 minutes. Add the cous cousa of ground almonds and mix with a fork.
- Wash the fruit and cut it into pieces. Arrange the fruit on the bottom of a fireproof dish that you have previously greased with a little butter. Sprinkle the fruit with the juice of 1/2 lemon and with 3 tablespoons of brown sugar.
- Arrange the cous cous over the fruit. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of brown sugar and place a couple of sheets of butter on top. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 ° C for about 20 minutes.
- Serve crumble lukewarm with vanilla ice cream or Greek yogurt sweetened with honey or agave syrup.
