Sulpita
Traditional agave stake. As a child, this was one of my favorite cakes, and when my mother would prepare it, they would not eat it from a plate, but from a casserole: D. Simple preparation with few ingredients, only for those who like agave cakes :)
Preparation steps
- Beat a few eggs with a wire (or they call it a butalica :)). Add flour, starch and pastry, and mix it all together. Add milk and mix (the mixture is quite thin, but it should be), and mix it all and pour into a greased pan (slightly larger, nzm exactly the size, about 30-32, it should be thinner as in the picture). Bake in a preheated oven at 250 C
- Meanwhile, prepare the agda. Add sugar and water (do not add lemon). And cook, when it boils cook for 5-7 minutes. Pour the prepared agave over the baked sulpita (it doesn't have to be cooled, free to boil). Leave to cool and can be eaten immediately
