Preparation steps

  • Mix stirak (the recipe is from 30 years ago, now the density is used) and flour in a suitable sieve, then add water and combine everything so that there are no lumps.
  • Add sugar and put everything on a low heat, then mix with a wire until it thickens completely.
  • Add vanilla sugar, stir a little more and remove from the heat.
  • Pour half of the mass into a wet, suitable shallow dish (refractory bowl or tray) and pour the extract into the other half, stir and pour from above.

Serving

Cool and serve - as it says in the mother's notebook - with tahan alva :-)
