Suction soup

Preparation steps

  • Chop the onion and put it in hot oil to simmer for a few minutes. Add sliced ​​carrots and okra to the rings. Simmer for about 10 minutes and stir occasionally.
  • Mix the soup from the bag with 2 dl of water so that it is liquid and without lumps.
  • Pour hot water over the okra and onion and as soon as it boils, add the prepared mushroom soup. Finely chop the tomato and add to the soup.
  • Cook for about 20 minutes and season as needed and desired. Be careful not to overcook the okra.

Serving

Due to lack of time I often make these quick dishes and they are well accepted. Serve this soup with cakes with salad and yogurt or cream, as it suits.
