Preparation steps
- Pour the whipping cream and cream into a deeper bowl and mix until firm. Reinforce it with whipped cream and mix, somewhere else, for about twenty seconds. From these ingredients, an amount of whipped cream is obtained which is equal to the amount of whipped cream obtained from 1 liter of whipping cream. Whipped cream is not mandatory, but with it, as with Whipped Cream, the structure and strength are further enhanced.
Serving
It is not necessary to add powdered sugar, which is common in the original version but, of course, depending on the recipe, it can also be added.
