Stuffed turkey steaks
While many wouldn’t trade turkey with grinders for any other specialty, the thought of a lighter diet starts with lean white meat. It has become an interesting, now widely accepted specialty in Vegeta's kitchen.
Preparation steps
- Beat the steaks lightly, sprinkle them with and sprinkle with lemon juice.
- Boil the cleaned spinach briefly, drain and slice.
- Lightly sauté the chopped onion in the heated butter, add the spinach, chopped garlic, pepper, salt, mix everything and cool.
- Place a piece of prepared spinach and a slice of cheese on each steak. Fold them, lightly beat the edges or fasten them with toothpicks.
- Flour the steaks and fry them in oil on each side for about 7 minutes. Finally add a little water, wine and boil briefly.
Serving
Arrange the stuffed steaks on a heated plate and pour over the hot sauce. Serve a side dish of cooked rice with this very tasty, hearty and at the same time light dish.
