Stuffed steaks with horse meat

Stuffed steaks are soft and easy to store.

Preparation steps

  • Put chopped onion and garlic in a deeper bowl, then add eggs, mix, add spices, then meat. Finally add the mixed sour cream and finally the flour. Mix everything well and bake for 10 minutes in deeper oil at a medium temperature.

Serving

The steak is accompanied by tartar sauce and a side dish of vegetables and potatoes. Apart from horse meat, it can also be made from other types, such as beef. Pleasant !!
