Stuffed steaks (croquettes) from mortadella
Here's a suggestion for dinner.
Preparation steps
- Dice the mortadella and grind it twice (or put it in a chopper and chop it well)
- Add bechamel sauce (or potatoes), grated parmesan, 1 egg to the mortadella and mix everything well to get a compact mass, add salt to taste
- Then form round steaks from it, which are first rolled in egg and then in crumbs
- Fry in a little more oil, turning carefully so that they do not crack
- When they turn yellow on all sides, take them out if you want to absorb excess fat on greaseproof paper and serve them warm

Serve with some fine salad of your choice
