Stuffed steak - turkey (Stevo Karapandža)

A good old recipe by the famous chef Steve Karapandža. The dish is very easy to prepare, the steaks are very soft and delicious. They can be made from turkey meat, they can be a mixture of veal / beef as you wish.

Preparation steps

  • Mix all ingredients. Then take out the mixture with a tablespoon and fry the steak in hot oil, at a moderate temperature, until golden brown. You can put the steak on a napkin, ie kitchen paper, so that the frying fat is removed as much as possible.

Serving

This dish can be served for lunch with a side dish or as I mostly use it as an "appetizer" when my guests come :-)
