Stuffed squid with spinach alla Gordan
I have nothing else to say but try this combination. I don’t think anyone will remain indifferent. I stuffed large squid, and otherwise Adriatic squid were recommended, but the same was perfect.
Preparation steps

- Chop the legs, add vegeta, pepper, chopped shrimp, sliced cooked spinach, a couple of slices of prosciutto or as I put homemade dried bacon, add chopped garlic, juice of half a lemon, a little chopped parsley and a lot of grated gouda cheese.
- Squeeze the filling with your hands and set aside if there has been any juice that has been squeezed.
- Fill squid (squid) with stuffing.
- While the filling is being prepared, cook the potatoes in their shells separately.
- Put the juice from the squeezed stuffing in the pan, cover it with red wine and a little water and put potatoes on it, and on top of that stuffed squid and a little olive oil over everything.
- Bake in a preheated oven for about 45 minutes with watering. Sprinkle any excess fillet over the potatoes.
