Stuffed "SHAKE IT" pancakes
I put the picture on the coolik first! Then my colleague Ida (baukida) wrote to me: "You still have to give us a recipe ... so that there is not only something of this and something of that ..." So this recipe is dedicated to Ida, but also to everyone else cool friends. I believe everyone is familiar with stuffed pancakes, but these pancakes are special in that they are prepared in a shaker. You know what cocktails are shaken in: D
Preparation steps
- This recipe does not have strict measures of ingredients. It is mainly based on: use what you have on hand in the quantities and combinations that suit you best.
- Prepare the pancakes in a shaker. This little trick that makes it easier to prepare pancakes was taught to me by my roommate while I was studying. So we called the pancakes prepared in a shaker student pancakes: D In the shaker (for preparing cocktails) in this order put 3 eggs, 6 tablespoons of flour, a little salt, milk. Close the shaker and shake well. The mixture will be mixed immediately: D
- Bake the pancakes. You will not need spoons or grapples to dose the mixture because you can dose the exact amount with a shaker (much less dishwashing dishes, isn't that fantastic: D)
- Fry the chopped vegetables in a pan. I am currently using carrots and onions, but you can also put other vegetables, peppers, zucchini… Of course season to taste
- Chop the turkey and bunny into cubes and fry in a pan. Of course add spices, vegeta, pepper, salt, oregano, paprika možete (you can also use other meat)
- Fill the pancakes with vegetables and meat and add a piece of cheese. Roll it all up nicely and roll it in flour, then in eggs and finally in bread crumbs and fry in a pan and that’s it.
- MUSHROOMS AND MILK SAUCE
- In a liter of milk add mushrooms (champignons), a little and oregano (optional). Cook over low heat.
- Make a white powder and mix it into the milk. When it is squeezed, the sauce is ready: D
