Stuffed peppers and buckwheat
I add cooked buckwheat to the minced meat, really tasty and easier to try, try it!
Preparation steps
- Wash and pit the peppers. Cook buckwheat: 1 small cup of buckwheat and two cups of water with a little salt cook for about 20 minutes. cool and add to minced meat. Slice the onion and garlic, add the meat and buckwheat, then the egg and spices as desired. I put a little mustard and 2.3 tablespoons of sour cream. Fill the peppers and put them in a pot in which we deep-fry a small onion, a little grated carrot, I also put one eggplant and sprinkled with tomato sauce + tomato puree to taste.
- Season to taste and cook for about an hour .... Done. Garnish with parsley leaf.
