Stuffed peaches with cream cheese
Fast and fine, fruity and creamy !!!
Preparation steps
- Leave the peaches in the strainer to drain off the excess juice. When drained, with a sharp knife, feel each half at the bottom a little, so that they do not bend.
- Mix the cheese and other ingredients well with the foam. Fill a pastry bag with a star-shaped extension with cream, then fill with peach halves. Sprinkle them with pistachios. Refrigerate for 2 hours (at least), before serving.
