Stuffed catfish

Catfish is one of the tastiest fish I have ever tasted… Stuffed with celery, parsley, garlic, carrots and then topped with lemon juice….

Preparation steps

  • Wash and dry the catfish nicely
  • Add salt to taste (it should be well salted) and leave for a few hours
  • Make a few cuts on the top of the catfish and fill those holes with and a little chopped garlic.
  • Inside, first pour lemon juice and oil, then sprinkle with garlic, then chopped parsley, chopped carrots and chopped celery, then pour oil and lumens and again un chopped garlic, parsley, carrots and celery.
  • Close with a toothpick and pour over the surface of the catfish with oil
  • Place in a baking sheet and cover with aluminum foil
  • Bake at 220 degrees for about 1 hour, then remove the foil and bake for another 30 minutes until golden brown.
  • Good apetite
