or how to make a family lunch for 25 kuna These days pork is in malls at really special prices, and I'm a little sick and I couldn't cook something complicated. I know that students are always short of money and time, so this recipe is just for them.

Preparation steps

  • Saute onion and garlic in fat and add minced meat. Add salt, pepper, grated carrots and simmer until all the water has evaporated. Then pour over the tomato puree and cook until the meat is tender. Put the spaghetti on a baking sheet and pour over warm water and leave it to stand for ten minutes. Then strain them and arrange in a row on the bottom of the baking dish. Put a layer of meat on them, pour over the béchamel and arrange the spaghetti, meat, béchamel and spaghetti again. Pour bechamel over the top layer of spaghetti and sprinkle generously with grated cheese. Bake for about 25 minutes on medium heat. Make béchamel from flour, milk and butter.

Serving

Serve as soon as possible but it is also delicious when it cools down.
