Soft strudels

Preparation steps

  • Whisk the eggs with the sugar, add salt, flour and yeast. Put the milk and butter in a suitable skillet and melt over a low heat, stirring constantly. Remove from the heat and leave to cool until it becomes lukewarm.
  • Knead the dough with the lukewarm mixture and put it in a warm place to rise. Make the dough well and develop a slightly thicker noodle and coat it with jam. Then carefully roll the strudel by hand.
  • Arrange the strudels in a greased pan. Place the pans in an oven preheated to 200 degrees and bake for about 15 minutes.

Serving

Cold strudels cut into smaller pieces and serve.
