Strawberry / triangle cake

Preparation steps

  • Transfer to a preheated oven. Bake in a preheated oven for 15 minutes / check with a toothpick. Cool. During this time, make the cream. Soak the gelatin in cold water / or follow the instructions on the bag / mix them with a stick mixer. In a bowl, mix cream cheese and sour cream with sugar / if you want sweeter, put more powdered sugar / add mashed strawberries and gelatin dissolved in a little warm water. Mix everything well. Leave in the fridge for half an hour or in the freezer for ten minutes. Make a sweet cream and add it to the cream that is gelled and mix it into a fine cream. Let's put it together: Lightly coat the biscuit with jam. Cut the biscuit into strips 12 cm, 10 cm 8 cm, 5 cm. 3 cm wide. each part with cream. start from the widest to the narrowest, make sure that you have enough cream left so that you can spread the whole cake. Smooth everything finely and put it briefly in the fridge.
  • Melt the jam in a pot and decorate the cake by pouring in strips, you can do the same with white or dark chocolate if you like. Put the cheekbones on top.
  • Cut into slices, serve with coffee.
