Preparation steps

  • Soak 3 sheets of gelatin in 4 tablespoons of cold water, drain and dissolve in hot strawberry juice, then pour into a mold as desired and place in the refrigerator to squeeze
  • Peel a squash, grate it and sprinkle with sugar. dissolve the gelatin in 1 1/2 dl of hot strawberry juice and mix everything;
  • beat the sweet cream, then add to the strawberry and juice mixture;
  • place the mixture over the hardened juice, then return to the refrigerator to harden everything;
  • separate the cooled cream from the mold with a heated knife, then immerse it in warm water for a while, turn the mold over and pour it on a plate, decorate as desired.
