Strawberry, coconut and white chocolate jam

My first jam… :)

Preparation steps

  • Wash and dry the jam jars. Prepare the lids.
  • Wash the strawberries, dry them and cut them into smaller pieces. Squeeze the orange.
  • Transfer the strawberries and orange juice to the bowl in which you will cook the jam, add the Jamfix mixed with 2 to 3 tablespoons of sugar (subtracted from those 250-300 g), coconut flour and mix the mixture well.
  • Cook the mixture over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until it boils.
  • Then add sugar and honey, stirring constantly and add the chocolate torn into pieces after the honey has melted.
  • Cook over low heat for another 1 to 2 minutes and stir constantly to melt the chocolate.
  • When done, pour the jam into jars to the top, close the lid and turn upside down and let stand on the lid for 5 minutes. Turn them back to the right side and leave to cool.
