Stracciatella Dessert with Bananas
Mmmmmm .... with caramel sauce over, great!
Preparation steps
- First, make caramel sauce: Put sugar in a small bowl to caramelize, then when you get a fine brown color, add butter, a little salt and mix well. Now pour in this cream and stir all the time to boil briefly for about a minute. Remove from the stove and set aside to cool.
- Mix the cheese together with the cream and sugar. Mash 1 banana well with a fork and add the cheese to the mixture, as well as 60 g of grated chocolate. Cut the second banana into thin rings and add to it, mixing carefully.
- Divide the cheese mixture into 4 2 dl cups over put the caramel mixture and garnish with the remaining grated chocolate.
