Stracciatella biscuits
Today, when my son and I were playing with modeling clay, and made a flower using a mold, I wanted to make such cookies, and here they are :) I slightly changed the old recipe for chocolate chip cookies that I have for years in my notebook, and with vanilla and pieces of chocolate, the name of the biscuits imposed itself on me;)

- Chop the chocolate into smaller pieces
- Put softened butter, sugar and vanilla sugar in one bowl
- In another bowl put sharp and soft flour and salt
- Mix butter and sugar by hand
- Add eggs, vanilla extract and flour and mix
- Add the pieces of chocolate and combine everything together
- Take a piece of the mixture and place it on a floured surface. Press the mold, let the full mold of the mixture rise and squeeze your fingers onto the baking paper. A total of 28 biscuits come out. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 C, 15 min.
- Melt the milk chocolate on a steamer, leave it to set for a few minutes, and with a spoon apply a little in the middle of each biscuit and spread a little around as desired. Sprinkle with sprinkles as desired. I had saved from decorating the last cake I made: grated white, milk and dark chocolate and a little croquant;)
