Preparation steps
- Put a clove of garlic in a little oil. Remove the garlic and add the finely chopped zucchini. Bake on a fairly high heat until soft.
- Put the pasta to boil.
- Cut the tomatoes into 4 slices, then add them to the pan and leave on low heat for a few minutes until slightly wilted. Dilute Stracchono a little with milk until you get a soft cream, then add to the pan with the vegetables. Stir and remove from heat.
- I used vegan stacchino.
- Add the drained paste and mix carefully. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
