Here is a proven cure for constipation. It is recommended for people who suffer from irritable bowel syndrome, anyone who moves a little, including the elderly, people with limited mobility or immobility, and all people who have problems with "lazy" intestines. This light meal can be included in the daily menu of people with high levels of fat and / or blood sugar (see note in the preparation process), people on reduction diets and anyone who wants to prevent an increase in blood sugar / fat levels.
Preparation steps
- Mix the dry ingredients, add the finely chopped prunes and pour over the yoghurt. Leave for 15 minutes for the flakes to soften. Eat slowly in smaller snacks. Chew each bite well. This meal should be taken daily, every day at the same time as breakfast or snack, but not after 5 p.m. DO NOT take a double measure in one day, because this measure has a sufficient energy value (number of calories) for breakfast for people who are on a reduction diet, or for a snack for everyone else.

- 1. Flax seeds can be bought in health food stores or in pharmacies where they are sold for making tea. They must be chopped before use, with a rolling pin, in an oven / grinder or in a coffee grinder. They do not have to be ground to a fine powder, it is only important that their membrane is damaged, so that the mucus from the inside of the seed comes into contact with the intestinal juices. 2. Diabetics should avoid fruit yogurts, because sugar-sucrose is added to them. Instead of fruit, it is recommended to use plain yogurt with probiotics or kefir. It is also recommended to add 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder, noting that it is mandatory to monitor blood sugar levels.
