Sticky sticks with chocolate sauce

Preparation steps
- Pour water and oil into the pot, and bring this to a boil.
- Mix both types of flour, salt and sugar, then add to the mixture with water.
- Using a fork, mix everything well. The mixture will be sticky.
- Heat the frying oil.
- Break off pieces of dough, quickly roll them on the work surface and fry in oil on both sides.
- It will take them 3-5 minutes to fry. After a while, the sticks, which you fry, will start to "crack" in the oil, so be careful not to burst hot oil.
- Take out the fried sticks with a slotted spoon on the plate on which you put the kitchen towel.
- Grate the orange peel and mix with the sugar, then roll the fried and drained sticks into this mixture.
- For the sauce: pour all the ingredients into a bowl, then place it over the steam. Stir until the ingredients are combined and the chocolate and butter are melted.
- Serve the sticks topped with chocolate sauce.
