Steamed snails

Preparation steps
- Put water, butter, salt, vanilla and yeast in a deep kneading pan to melt the liquid. Add semolina and knead the dough into flour, which is divided into two parts. In one part, add cocoa and knead to combine.
- We unravel both balls a little and stand on top of each other and unravel the rectangular crusts.
- We roll the rectangular crusts into a roll. And we cut it into 1 cm pieces.
- We paint each piece from above with our hands to get a nice shape that I lost by cutting them. Dilute in coated with butter. Let them rest for 20 minutes, then turn on the rails and when it warms up, then bake.
- We put the finished chilled cakes in a warm sherbet to soak up the sherbet.
