Steaks with avocado sauce
And excellent veal steaks will be boring if you don't add something new to them, such as avocado sauce, basil, wine and cream. You think we told you everything? Well, that's where you're wrong. Read, prepare and see for yourself.
Preparation steps
- Fry the veal steaks briefly in butter on both sides. Sprinkle them with a teaspoon of and continue to simmer, soaking them in water for about 25 minutes. Remove the steaks from the pan and place in a warm place.
- In the same pan, fry sliced onions and diced peeled avocados. Drizzle with a little water and simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Chop the stewed avocado and onion together with the garlic, pepper and basil in an electric chopper and return to the pan. Add water, remaining Vegeta, olive oil, wine, cream and steaks.
Serving
Bring to a short boil together and serve with boiled potatoes and lettuce.
Advice
Use softer avocados for this dish.
