Steak in selenium

An easy and quick recipe for a great combination of meat and selenium (which here is not just a spice).

Preparation steps

  • In a deep stream, place a row of steaks (salted and seasoned) on the heated oil to cover the bottom.
  • Sprinkle them a little with flour.
  • Stack a row of selenium again to cover all the steaks.
  • So repeat everything. Red steak, a little flour, then selenium.
  • In the end, add water just enough to cover everything.
  • Cook for an hour until the steaks are cooked through.

Serving

As a side dish, it is an excellent puree, and it can also be manistra.
