Steak in selenium
An easy and quick recipe for a great combination of meat and selenium (which here is not just a spice).
Preparation steps
- In a deep stream, place a row of steaks (salted and seasoned) on the heated oil to cover the bottom.
- Sprinkle them a little with flour.
- Stack a row of selenium again to cover all the steaks.
- So repeat everything. Red steak, a little flour, then selenium.
- In the end, add water just enough to cover everything.
- Cook for an hour until the steaks are cooked through.
Serving
As a side dish, it is an excellent puree, and it can also be manistra.
