Squid with potatoes in white wine

Preparation steps
- Preheat the oven to 200 ° C
- Peel the potatoes. If you have smaller potatoes, leave them whole and halve the larger ones or cut them into quarters. Season them, pour olive oil and sprinkle with polenta. Mix everything well again.
- Cut the red onion into crescents and mix in a bowl with the potatoes. Add the garlic as well (I left it whole)
- Squid also season.
- In a deep bowl with a lid, toss the potatoes with the onions, add the squid and pour over the wine and water. If you do not have a container with a lid, you can use aluminum foil as a lid.
- After 45 minutes of baking, uncover the pan and bake until golden brown. Good apetite!
Serving
Serve with a dressing of olive oil, fresh parsley and garlic.
