Preparation steps
- Whisk the sugar and butter well with a mixer (to make it frothy), add the egg yolks and a spoonful of cooking cream, slowly add the flour with the other ingredients and knead a light dough. With a cookie press, make various shapes and bake for l2 min at a temperature of l75C. Decorate the cookies as desired, you can combine them with marmalade or some other spread and pour chocolate over them.
