Sporki potatoes with grouper and pirka brujet

Another super simple and tasty side dish with brujet instead of turkey, and it goes well with meat as a side dish. Related to this week's topic, so let potatoes be the main star in this dish :))

Preparation steps

  • Peel a squash, grate it and cook.
  • When it is cooked and soft, mash it roughly with a potato masher or fork, but not finely, let the pieces remain.
  • Add salt, pepper, coarsely chop a lot of parsley and add to the potatoes.
  • Add olive oil and mix everything well until the potatoes absorb it.
  • I always cook Brujet the same way, only this time the fish was different, two groupers and a pikeperch.
  • Serve on a plate together, and if desired, the potatoes can be drizzled with broth.
