Spiral salami
family working Saturday in our orchard. Everyone eats roasted bacon skewers, and our youngest member of 10 years must be special. He wants to bake salami that must also have a special look - it must be like the potatoes of our cc rankos. I took a skewer, pierced the salami, sliced it and here's Dorothea's lunch
Preparation steps
- - Make a fire to have good heat. - Find the skewer and peel it. - Cut the salami in half (cc 250 g), stab it the entire length through the middle - With a knife from the top (leave the upper part uncut) start cutting in a circle, cutting to the spit and so on until the end (do not cut the lower part so that it does not fall with skewers)
- - Bake on low heat, over heat - heat until it gets a nice color. - stretch the salami with your fingers so that there are gaps so that it is evenly baked!
Serving
Remove the roast from the spit and serve with a salad of your choice (with us cucumber salad by me)!
