Spinach with milk
Spinach has a lot of iron, but also oxalic acid. Oxalic acid binds calcium and makes it unusable for the human body. According to recent research, spinach is not recommended as a common food for younger people and children, but it is an excellent food for older people. When cooking spinach, the first water should be discarded. It contains nitrates, which are converted into nitrites under the influence of bacteria, so cooked spinach should not be left for another meal.
Preparation steps
- Washed and cleaned spinach is boiled in boiling water.
- We chop it finely with a knife, it can be used in a multipractice, but that's not it for me.
- Let's make a spray. When we fry the flour, add the spinach, which we chopped into small pieces. Stir well and add salt.
- Lightly add the milk which in my opinion should be added warm.
Serving
Serve warm.
