Spinach-tuna risotto
..for those who like tuna like me, in every way… so I always come up with something new .. ..this is really fast… and great
Preparation steps
- Boil the rice and drain.
- Shortly sauté the cooked spinach in oil, season as desired and mix into the rice. If it is cooked fresh, mash it well and drain. I put a freeze from , it's fast.
- Drizzle the drained tuna with a little water and a tablespoon or two of wine, add the bay leaf and stir briefly, add the garlic and mix into the rice. It can also be fresh garlic. Add corn as desired.
- When everything is in one bowl, add the dog. tomato, cover with water as much as you want risotto density and cook on low heat for a few minutes. Serve as a light lunch or dinner or as an appetizer.
